You set the price and time. Help is flexible, on-demand, and can come from peers or real professionals—across cities, universities, and industries.
From toppers at other universities, teaching experts, working professionals (like software engineers, designers, etc.), or trained mentors.
You describe what help you need, set your preferred timing and budget, and send a request. If an expert accepts it, the session is scheduled.
Yes. Payments are held in escrow and only released to the expert after the session is completed and you approve it.
No. Once the expert accepts, the session is confirmed. You can only raise a dispute afterward if needed.
You can report poor-quality sessions. EdHelpZ will investigate and issue refunds or fines if appropriate.
