• EdHelpZ is a freelancing-style platform for education and mentorship.
• Users may register as experts or learners.
• Sessions are conducted via third-party tools like Zoom or Google Meet.

• Must be 18+ (or have parental consent).
• Accurate registration details are mandatory.
• Experts must truthfully represent their skills.
• Fake/multiple accounts without approval will be suspended.

• Choose experts wisely and pay on time.
• Be respectful and ethical.

• Set fair prices and deliver quality sessions.
• Stay professional and ethical.

• Payments held in escrow until session completion.
• EdHelpZ takes a 5% fee from experts.
• Refunds/fines apply for cancellations or poor quality.

• Expert cancellation: 10% fine to learner.
• Learners can't cancel after booking.
• No-shows by experts: 25% fine to learner.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹300.
• Holding period before payout.
• Transaction fees borne by expert.
• Fines deducted before payout.

• We collect basic data for transactions.
• We follow strong encryption & GDPR compliance.
• We do not sell user data.

• Disputes are reviewed by EdHelpZ support.
• Chargebacks may lead to suspension.

• Experts handle their own taxes.
• No tax advice is provided by EdHelpZ.

• Referral bonuses are non-cashable.
• Abuse may result in account suspension.

• No refunds for learner issues unless agreed by expert.
• Downtime from EdHelpZ allows rescheduling at no cost.

• Governed by laws of [Your Country].
• Resolved via arbitration or courts in [Your Location].
